PASSIVHAUS PLUS NEW BUILD

 

From the very first visit, we were struck by the sense of both privacy and openness of this elongated plot, oriented towards the Serra de Tramuntana and the setting sun. That duality shaped the design from the start.

 

Certified as a Passivhaus Plus home, the house unfolds across a single level, gently adapting to the sloping terrain and structured by patios that connect with the surrounding landscape. The living spaces —kitchen, dining, and lounge— open fluidly to the outside while maintaining intimacy. The main suite enjoys its own patio and solarium, and the pool becomes a serene gathering place immersed in nature.
