This home was conceived as a private, intimate space where family and togetherness take center stage. The house is arranged around a central courtyard with a pool and garden — the heart of daily life.

 

Organised over two floors and a basement, the volumes open inward and shield from the outside, creating a warm and protective feeling. Solar orientation, natural light, and shading have been carefully studied to ensure year-round comfort.

 

Currently undergoing Passivhaus certification, the house offers a perfect blend of beauty and energy efficiency.
