ENERGY-EFFICIENT NEW BUILD
At Tres Cantos, we took on the challenge of designing two semi-detached homes for families with very different needs and lifestyles. Our aim was to deliver tailored solutions for each, while maintaining a unified, clean and contemporary architectural identity.
We envisioned pure, minimalist volumes, using the interplay of solid and void to create soft transitions between interior and exterior. The result is a set of open, light-filled spaces designed in response to the Madrid climate, enhancing comfort and energy efficiency.
We opted for a semi-prefabricated timber structure, which allowed for fast, precise execution. A project that reflects our commitment to careful planning, sustainable design and architectural clarity.
