Ecological construction

An ecological construction would be one that, in addition to being sustainable, focuses on the use of KM0 or proximity materials, thus reducing the CO2 footprint that is emitted when constructing the building, while promoting the economy of proximity. It would also have to be a type of construction that practically in its entirety could be recycled and reused once its life cycle is over.

Likewise, along with materials, we must pay close attention to the strategies that nature gives us to be able to regulate the energy demand of our homes, such as the orientation of the building, to make the most of the sun’s energy to heat the house as the prevailing winds for its ventilation and thus be able to reduce electricity consumption, among others.

KLARQ, more than houses a lifestyle.
