Ca Na Lola; Passivhaus and discreet luxury in Mallorca

Ca Na Lola, a sustainable KLARQ project, is a contemporary passivhaus home with a Mediterranean essence and high-quality finishes located in Campos, only 40 km from Palma.

With simple and elementary forms so as to be respectful with the environment and local traditions, this passive house has 3 double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, a pantry and laundry, utility room and toilet, as well as a large living room with a lounge area in front of the pool and in the background, the open-concept dining area and kitchen with an island.

Designed applying bioclimatic architecture criteria, such as the south orientation and the use of elements that create shade, and built under Passivhaus principles with good thermal insulation, airtightness, absence of thermal bridges and double-flow mechanical ventilation with heat recovery; the energy demand of this passive house will be very low.

The latest generation photovoltaic solar panels with batteries ensure the generation and storage of green electricity, so this Passivhaus will be an example of an energy-efficient home.

We are specialists in Passivhaus homes with a Mediterranean essence. Make your passive house project come true with KLARQ architecture atelier!
